How do I measure myself?

We are the FIRST tailors to use photo AI technology to create the perfect fits and we couldn’t be more excited about it! Our 3D technology takes your complete body measurements with only 2 photos and has a 97% accuracy rate. However, if this option doesn’t appeal to you, taking measurements manually is also an option. All you need is a friend or relative to help you measure yourself.

There are instructional diagrams on our website accompanying each measurement box. We recommend at least double checking your measurements as the old saying goes, measure twice cut once!

What happens if my garment does not fit me?

We guarantee your order will be made according to the measurements you have given us for a perfect fit. Not only do we take the measurements, but we also ask for your desired fit to ensure all clients are satisfied. However any problems don’t hesitate to contact us info@renztailors.com.

This is again, no problem at all. If the item you are referring to is the same type of item you are ordering from us this is fine. Enter the measurements into the boxes as normal and just send us a follow up email or WhatsApp message that you have taken the measurements from an existing item.

We are a bespoke service so we can do any customization (within acceptable reason of course)! Just drop us an email or WhatsApp message and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Will the garment look exactly like the 3D model?

Our fabrics have been scanned and digitalized using cutting edge technology and is highly representative of the garment you will receive. However keep in mind that all screens project colours slightly differently and picture settings also affect this!

We are highly accommodating to anyone new to the tailoring experience, hence why all garment options come pre-selected with the most traditional options so you don’t have to pick if this is overwhelming!

How long will my order take to arrive?

We create and deliver within 4-7 weeks. We strive to achieve the quickest delivery times possible but, we kindly ask our clients to remember that we are a bespoke service and everything is handcrafted with care.

If you find yourself needing an item tailored urgently there is an option to receive your item within 2-3 weeks for a 30% surcharge. Simply customise your item as normal, place the order and added a comment for needing express delivery and someone will respond within 24 hours.

Certain times of the year and external shipping factors can sometimes affect these times but if there are any questions or delays do not hesitate to get in touch with us!
